About Ride to Defeat ALS: Florida

The annual Florida Ride to Defeat ALS is an opportunity for friends, family, and the local community to join together to support those people affected by ALS in Florida. Funds raised at this event help to discover treatments and a cure for ALS, to serve, advocate for, and empower people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest. We offer multiple routes and ride lengths to participants of all abilities. Enjoy lunch, a beer garden and music at our post-Ride celebration!

Fundraising

Ride is so important because it raises the essential funds needed to fulfil our mission. This year, we have a goal of $160,000! We have a lot of work to do to get there, but I am confident we can! Fundraising will be the same as it has been in year's past. You will still have your own fundraising page that can be linked to Facebook. You will also be able to recruit teammates to join your cause.
