What a different walk it will be this year, Team LoveBAD. For the last three years, we were able to walk with and donate in honor of our sweet Beth. This year we will be walking and donating in memory of her.
My Mama was diagnosed with ALS in September 2016. And although the disease eventually robbed her of everything, she never let ALS define her. Throughout her life, she was always brave, graceful and tenacious and on February 25, 2020, even in her final moments, she was STILL all of those things.
One of her requests before passing was that our team continue to donate and participate in the ALS walk in memory of her. Once diagnosed, she became extremely passionate about finding a cure and helping her fellow comrades in the fight against ALS. So, let's ALL show up and show out for her.
