Exciting New Challenge, Please read and become a part of our team!
We are all well aware the pandemic is stretching us financially either by impacting our own income personally or the obvious impact on our communities for pressing needs, like CT food banks. While we all know that we are not in this alone, there is a limit to everyone’s ability to help those in need. This will all stretch our ALS families in need and our personal commitments to curing ALS. This year may be difficult for you and your team members to support ALS, at last year’s levels, BUT don’t give up hope!
Team Camille wants to help by matching contributions of ALL TEAMS for the first $50,000 raised throughout the slower months of July and August. We need to get an early start toward achieving our goals to support our ALS families in very trying times.
So how do we together make this a success? Give us your ideas and suggestions, we want to succeed! Help us!
Email us at email@example.com, we'd love to hear from you!
Thank you and let’s make the goal together!
Why We Need Your Help
Often referred to as Lou Gehrig's Disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow and breathe. The life expectancy of an ALS patient averages 2 to 5 years from the time of diagnosis.
Every 90 minutes a person in this country is diagnosed with ALS and every 90 minutes another person will lose their battle against this disease. ALS occurs throughout the world with no racial, ethnic, or socioeconomic boundaries.
This crippling disease can strike anyone. Presently there is no known cause of the disease yet it still costs loved ones an average of $200,000 a year to provide the care ALS patients need. Help make a difference and donate or join a walk today.
