Community of HopeSM National Caregivers Month is a great time to start a Community of HopeSM Tribute Fund and celebrate those who are giving strength and hope to all those affected by ALS. As a Community of HopeSM Champion you will have the tools to encourage friends and family to support the work of The ALS Association, send messages of support to all those affected by ALS and learn more about Lou Gehrig’s Disease. Community of HopeSM Tribute Funds raise critical financial support to help The ALS Association fund research programs that are slowing the disease and bringing us closer to a cure. Join the Community of HopeSM by donating to an Honorary or Memorial Fund. Better yet, join the community by creating a fund for someone special and telling all your friends.
