2018 Climb to Defeat ALS - Colorado

Welcome to the 2018 Climb to Defeat ALS!

 

When: September 6-9, 2018
Where: Mt. Elbert & Buena Vista, CO 
Registration costs:  
June 4-  August 4: $100 for adults, $25 for minors

Fundraising Minimum Requirement: $4,000 for the three day option and includes everything except for transporation to and from Buena Vista. 

If two people sign up together, there is a discount per person. You can do team fundraising to meet the minimum.  Please reach out to Colleen O'Farrell for more information. cofarrell@alsa-national.org

Fundraising Minimum for the One Day Hike Option:  $2,000 minimum, and you receive the hike, a brown bag lunch, and a branded beanie.  This option does not include lodging or food even if you fundraise as a team. 

The 1st Annual Climb to Defeat ALS – Colorado is an event designed to appeal to every level of hiker and supporter of The ALS Association.

Option One
Summit Mt. Elbert on Day 2 and easy hike (3-4 miles) and hot springs on Day 3
Day 1 – Arrive to Buena Vista, CO – (Thursday, 9/6)
Day 2 - Mt. Elbert, CO (Friday, 9/7)
Day 3 - 3-4 mile easy hike and Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, CO (Saturday, 9/8)
Day 4 – Depart for airport (Sunday, 9/9)

Option Two

One Day Hike Option - A La Carte
Day 1 – Arrive to Buena Vista, CO – (Thursday, 9/6)
Day 2 - Mt. Elbert, CO (Friday, 9/7)
