A Love Story Team proudly supports and walks to defeat ALS. A Love Story Team’s participation in the Walk to Defeat ALS started four (4) walks ago to support the personal fight of A Love Story foundation’s co-founder, James “Rick” Holcomb. Then the past two (2) years, we have walked as a team in honor, Rick. This fourth coming walk and third without Rick walking and rolling with us, A Love Story Team is taking a new focus in the upcoming Walk to Defeat ALS and events to come.
A Love Story Team has two teams in Oklahoma and is participating in Team Rick in Louisiana. I would love to have you join and support us. As with many things in 2020, the walks are virtual, and A Love Story Team is taking advantage of that opportunity and doing different “events” to show our support. It has never been easier, and you have several options throughout October, ALS Awareness Month, to join and share the love. Each team's fundraising goal is $1,111 and a total of $3,333 to the ALS Association.
