As a valued participant at the Ventura-Santa Barbara Walk to Defeat ALS, we appreciate your opinion and would like to ask you a series of questions regarding kickoffs that will help Outreach staff better serve your needs and make the Walk event experience fun and meaningful. Kickoffs are meant to help our participants gear up for the upcoming event season by providing event information and chapter progress to better help you understand why we Walk to Defeat ALS.

We would like your input on where to host our 2019 Walk Kickoff. Attendance will be free for participants but an RSVP will be required.

Option 1: "Game Day" at The Stadium in Westlake Village

- Join us after the Kickoff presentation for life-sized board games, arcade games, Lazer Tag, an indoor soccer field and more!
- Learn more about The Stadium and all the fun activities they have to offer by visiting their website.

Option 2: "Movie Night" at the Ventura Aquatic Center in Ventura

- Join us after the Kickoff presentation for a family-friendly movie night while floating in the pool. Other features include water slides and an aquatic pool fun for all ages! The pool is ADA accessible.

- Join us after the Kickoff presentation for fun and games at Dave & Buster's.
